Do you have the persuasive skills and strategic mindset needed to build high-level corporate partnerships? We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our award-winning consulting team in Krakow. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor for top global tech clients, helping businesses navigate digital transformations and cloud transitions while hitting major growth targets. This hybrid role is designed for a modern work-life balance, featuring three days a week at our Krakow innovation hub and two days of remote flexibility. Your mission is to find cloud-based opportunities and work directly with senior executives to modernize their business infrastructure. Executive Relationships: Build and maintain long-term alliances with small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and corporate stakeholders. Revenue Growth: Use deep product knowledge to lead negotiations, handle complex objections, and consistently beat your sales targets. Pipeline Management: Proactively find high-potential leads and manage a professional sales funnel for our global tech partners. Market Insight: Stay ahead of trends in cloud technology and digital advertising to provide expert guidance to your clients. Team Alignment: Work closely with internal teams and the Sales Manager to ensure your personal goals match the company's bigger picture. What We're Looking For We want a resourceful professional who thrives in high-stakes sales and has a disciplined "hunter" mindset. Language Skills: Professional proficiency in German (B2+/C1) and a fluent command of English (B2) for global teamwork. Experience: At least one year in a sales role, with a proven track record in lead generation, closing deals, or account management. Tech Savvy: A strong understanding of cloud systems and a genuine interest in the evolving tech sector. Mindset: A resilient, self-starting attitude with the ability to solve complex business challenges on your own. Location: You must be currently living in or ready to move to Krakow, Poland. Premium Rewards & Benefits As a certified "Great Place to Work®," we offer a culture that supports your well-being and professional growth. Competitive Pay: An attractive base salary plus performance bonuses and a PPK retirement plan. Full Wellness: Top-tier Luxmed medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a Multisport Card. Relocation Support: A net sign-on bonus of 2,000 PLN, along with financial help for visa or work permit processing if needed. Work-Life Balance: Flexible hours, a hybrid work model, and extra vacation days beyond the legal minimum. Career Investment: We pay for advanced language courses and professional sales certifications. Extra Perks: Full access to the MyBenefit platform and a rewarding employee referral program.
