Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and support to German-speaking clients regarding our online payment platforms. Address and resolve client inquiries and issues related to payment processing efficiently. Conduct training sessions and assist clients in maximizing the use of our payment technologies. Build and maintain strong client relationships to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with technical teams to solve complex client challenges. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment systems. Proficiency in both German and English is required; candidates are requested to explicitly indicate their native language and nationality within their Curriculum Vitae and/or Cover Letter.
