The job Start working for a globally established digital business services employer, that supports major international brands across customer experience and online safety operations. The office is based in the Dublin city center, where different internationals teams operate. They are looking for an experienced content reviewer to join their German team. You’ll review complex, high-risk moderation decisions, spot trends and gaps, and raise the quality bar across the team. This is a critical thinking role: you won’t just check decisions — you’ll evaluate judgement calls and ensure policy is applied with precision, consistency, and fairness.
