Your Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients regarding subscription-based services. Handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely solutions. Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
