Your Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers through various channels. Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Assist customers with navigating the online marketplace platform and resolving any issues. Maintain accurate records of interactions to contribute to continuous improvement. Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company products, policies, and emerging trends. Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential. Strong passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence. Willingness to relocate to Greece; a fully paid relocation package is provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous customer care experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
