Key Responsibilities Lead all operational departments with a focus on guest satisfaction and service consistency Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure quality, profitability, and efficiency Manage budgets, labor controls, and financial reporting Build strong relationships with guests, community partners, and ownership Coach and develop department leaders to drive accountability and performance Monitor and respond to guest feedback to enhance the overall experience Qualifications Previous General Manager experience in hospitality Food and Beverage leadership experience required Strong knowledge of regional or destination-driven markets preferred Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
