As the face of the company, you will host live games in a professional, engaging, and entertaining manner, ensuring an exceptional experience for our players worldwide. Key Responsibilities Host and present live games in a professional, energetic, and engaging manner Represent the company brand at all times, following presentation and grooming standards Maintain a high level of on-camera performance with strong stage presence Interact with players, create a fun and enjoyable environment, and encourage participation Stay fully updated on game rules, technical requirements, and performance standards Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance during all game activities Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas to enhance the player experience Requirements Essential Skills & Attributes Fluency in English (B2+ level), both spoken and written Strong presenting or performing skills with natural on-camera confidence Positive, energetic, and charismatic personality Ability to maintain high energy levels throughout performance-based shifts Strong communication and people skills, with attention to detail Work Style & Professionalism Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 studio environment Reliable and punctual with a commitment to excellent attendance Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and discretion What We Offer Work Schedule & Environment Rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations: 07:0015:00 | 15:0023:00 | 23:0007:00 (Ability to self-select some shifts) International, dynamic, and friendly working culture Paid training with full support to become camera-ready and confident Compensation & Benefits Attractive salary based on experience, skills & performance Monthly performance bonuses Private health insurance Public transportation card subsidy Free taxi for night shifts (to/from the studio) Multisport card for gym, sports, and wellness access ļø Relocation Support Available for candidates relocating from 50+ km outside Sofia or from another EU country
