Work Experience Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for passionate educators eager to inspire students in an internationally-minded, collaborative environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in your subject area. (Elementary and Early Childhood Education degrees are highly valued for Pre-K through Grade 5.) Experience: Minimum of two years as a lead teacher is required for a Chinese work visa. Collaborative Spirit: Work well with colleagues from around the world.
