Address: #254AK, St.598, Sangkat Toul Sangke, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh, Cambodia Key Responsibilities: Manage to achieve the monthly set target of student enrollment Conduct market research and plan for activities to increase the student enrollment and parent satisfaction Assist School Director/Campus Manager in the production/coordination of various communication materials and marketing activities Lead, manage, and supervise a variety of marketing campaigns that involve with direct email, outbound call, marketing trade shows/public events, corporate partnership, direct communication/promotion, media and other marketing activities in order to achieve student enrollment Lead, motivate and manage the Front Office team in the daily operations to meet and exceed the parent expectations and requirements Lead and supervise Front Office team to tackle parent comments and complaints Lead and manage Front Office team to make sure that they are deliver the service quality up to the school standard and parent expectations Supervise and work with the teaching team of the assigned classes/program to ensure the high rate of parent satisfaction of the assigned classes/program; Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers professionally Be proactive in the planning and preparation of the daily, short term and long-term plans to increase the current parent satisfaction and attract new parents Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Assist School Director/Campus Manager in the overall improvement of parent satisfaction/school program and activities Execute other tasks requested by School Director/Campus Manager Experience / Knowledge Required: Hold Bachelor's degree/ Master Degree of Education, Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent A minimum of 2-year working experience in Sales/Marketing/Advertising/Brand management/Customer service Minimum of 1-year experience in education field is preferred Experience in international school is a plus Experience in managing a team is a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Ability to work well under tight deadlines and deliver effective result Desire to learn and overcome new challenges Hard working and self-motivated person, honest, reliable, loyal, and very good team work Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills High sense of responsibility, result oriented, dynamic Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management skills Fast learner and desire to achieve set goals Salary: Minimum $3,000 Benefits: Competitive monthly salary depending on their qualifications Annual salary increments from 10% to 30% depending on performance and professional growth Paid Annual Leave of 18 days per year on top of the public holiday and Paid Sick Leave of 6 days per year Special leave, maternity leave, and other leaves permitted in accordance with the Cambodian Labor Law 10 days extra leave per year during school break Private Health Insurance for International Staff and Social Benefits provided by National Social Security Funds for Local Staff Free lunch during working days Annual trip during the school summer break Oversea and traveling abroad mission such as USA, England, Australia, Korea and Singapore.
