As a French-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to French-speaking players, ensuring an exceptional and smooth gaming experience. You will join a dynamic, collaborative team focused on player satisfaction and community engagement. Your Key Responsibilities Respond to player inquiries in French via multiple channels such as chat, email, and social media. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently and empathetically. Collect and communicate player feedback to relevant teams to help improve game features and support services. Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support workflows and overall player experience. Contribute to the creation and update of support documentation and knowledge base articles. Fluency in French is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
