In this role, you will work closely with French-speaking business clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored B2B solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support innovative solutions, ensuring a seamless client experience. Responsibilities Engage with French-speaking B2B clients to analyze their needs and challenges Develop and present customized business solutions addressing client requirements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and integration Provide training and ongoing support to clients on implemented solutions Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and project progress Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to support retention and growth Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
