As a Lead Generation Manager, you'll connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and help shape future sales opportunities. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: 18,984 + up to 4,000 in bonus gross/ year + private medical insurance ī¸- Relocation Package: flight reimbursement up to 500 + housing assistance - Hybrid schedule (MonThu in office, Fri from home) - Full training and ongoing support - International environment with clear career growth opportunities What You Will Do Identify key customer information such as decision makers, competitors, and organizational structures Generate new leads through cold calling, email, social media, and other channels Establish contact with the right client profiles and build strong relationships Use discovery techniques (SPIN) to uncover client challenges and align solutions Qualify leads based on fit, urgency, and budget Handle objections, highlight product value propositions, and demonstrate use cases Keep the sales/customer database up to date Nurture leads until they are ready to be transferred to an Account Manager Achieve lead generation and appointment-setting quotas What You Bring Native-level French + strong English (B2) Preferably experience in B2B sales, cold calling, or lead generation Excellent communication and active listening skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Resilience and comfort handling rejection Independent and proactive working style Assertiveness, determination, and ability to work under pressure Solid computer skills and ability to work with CRMs/databases Start date: asap
