About AIUC Our mission is to underwrite superintelligence . We red-team, certify, and insure agents, e.g. ElevenLabs , UiPath , Intercom . Soon, agents will take on critical work in hospitals, banks and governments. This could create abundance - or go terribly wrong. History teaches us that standards and insurance are capitalism’s best tools for making risk legible and shaping incentives. We’ve built the gold standard for agent security & reliability, AIUC-1 , with 100+ CISOs from the Fortune 1000 . The role As our founding communications hire you will shape and drive the way we communicate our work to the outside world, across customers, partners, policymakers. Your core challenge is to communicate the work of AIUC, in particular how the incentive flywheel combines to build confidence in AI adoption. Each component of the flywheel is crucial: how AIUC-1 covers the risks that matter; the rigor of the audits; the role of insurance in creating confidence and aligning incentives. You will work closely with the CEO to shape the brand & editorial strategy, package our products and work into stories, experiment with new formats. Over time you will grow into the voice of our customers inside the company: Lead increasingly complex certifications, multi-person projects, and high-stakes technical initiatives Define how agent evals get deployed across industries Turn patterns you spot across partnerships into product strategy This is a rare opportunity to set the standard for customer-facing AI, ship real-world agents on the cutting edge, and do it with high visibility inside and outside the AI community. What we're looking for We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between AI research and enterprise adoption realities. You should be the type of person who can craft stories that resonate with both AI builders and Fortune 500 CISOs - understanding what each group cares about and translating between them. You'll need to have: Communicated complex technical concepts in writing with clarity. Delivered results in environments where you had to build the playbook while executing it. Directly influenced decisions through building relationships and force of will. An instinct for clarity, timing, and story - paired with a marketer’s understanding of audience and distribution. Delivered ambitious projects with a broad range of people.
