By following the right procedures, you will ensure a great customer experience. You bring your smile over on the phone, helping customers all day long. You will be responding to incoming calls, chats and emails and support customers. Your daily work will include tasks like: Assisting customers with invoices, reminders and payments Support costumers with tariff changes and contract questions Manage complaints, such as overcharges or overpayments Help with retention and move requests Identify and act on sales opportunities in a service-oriented way We offer Work remotely from your home in Greece 40 hours work week: Work from Monday - Saturday Performance bonus Relocation package (including flight and initial hotel) Assistance with finding accommodation and opening a bank account Private health insurance Career development opportunities within the company (become senior agent or team leader) Paid training period Your qualifications 💭 You speak and write Flemish at a native level and English at a basic level (B2) 🎓 Experience with CRM systems is a plus. 💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. 💪🏻 You are able to multitask, adaptive and you are confident to lead a conversation 🥇 You take initiative, ask questions, make suggestions and you are flexible.
