The job As a Contact Center Agent (Buyer Agent) you will take care of the entire P2P (Procure to Pay) process related to the purchases assigned to you for various customers. The project requires a lot of focus on detail as well as analytical skills good decision-making and independent thinking. The agent has 2 major roles: the buying role and the expediting role. In the buying role you will: Interpret the briefing of the client Search for suppliers Request for quotations, negotiate on quality, price, quantity, payments terms, delivery time and packaging Place the orders In the expediting role your task is to: Follow up on orders and ensure correct and timely delivery Look for suitable solutions in case of problems Do administrative follow-up and process the orders in the purchasing software system of the company Take care of the invoicing Within this role it is important tot ensure an excellent relationship with the suppliers and ensure first call resolution in the communication with the client.
