- 6-8 years of experience in network security
- At least 4 yearsβ experience on Palo Alto firewalls & VPN
- Certification on Palo Alto firewalls
- Good knowledge on ticketing tools. Such as Remedy, CA and ServiceNow tools
- Should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting remote VPN & site to site VPN issues.
- Should have experience and knowledge in configuration of firewall for site to site and remote VPN features.
- Should be able to handle L1, L2 Level tickets per SLAs.
- Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders.
- Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys. Work on the service improvement programs.
