Your Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to Finnish-speaking players via chat, email, and social media platforms. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues promptly and effectively. Gather and relay player feedback to internal teams to improve Supercell’s products and services. Maintain accurate and detailed records of player interactions and support tickets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support processes and enhance player satisfaction. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base content. Fluency in Finnish is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
