You’ll bring your positivity, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills to make every player interaction smooth and enjoyable.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Chatting, emailing, and calling players, helping with their questions
- Handling account and payment requests
- Checking documents (KYC) and ensuring smooth transactions
- Running basic security checks
- Sharing ideas and feedback to improve service and tools
Every day is different, fast-paced, social, and rewarding.
Who you are:
- Fluent in Finnish (and comfortable in English)
- A great communicator with a friendly, proactive attitude
- Interested in sports, casino, or online entertainment
- Ready for shift work and a dynamic environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
