FINNISH-SPEAKING GOOGLE ADS SALES EXECUTIVE Barcelona, Spain · Hybrid · Full-time · Start date: 18 May 2026 ABOUT THE ROLE Join a high-performance sales team delivering Google Ads solutions to regional businesses across Europe. As a Google Ads Sales Executive, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, drive revenue growth, and build lasting client relationships — all in a fast-paced, target-driven environment at a prime Barcelona location. RESPONSIBILITIES - Engage with regional clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored Google Ads solutions - Manage a high volume of accounts with a focus on exceptional service and sales performance - Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and strong persuasion techniques - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs consistently - Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty - Create digital marketing strategies adapted to businesses of all sizes - Quickly adapt to evolving customer needs and business priorities REQUIREMENTS - C2 level of Finnish and C1 level of English — both written and spoken - Minimum 20 months of proven sales experience with a strong track record of results - Demonstrated ability to build client relationships quickly and convincingly - Experience creating digital marketing strategies for clients of varying sizes - BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent career progression demonstrating strong functional expertise - Proficient in strategic influencing and resilient in target-focused environments - Prior experience in complex customer service or account management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Awareness of GDPR and data privacy practices relevant to the Finnish-speaking market - Deep understanding of Nordic business culture, market dynamics, and digital marketing ecosystems WHAT WE OFFER - Full-time hybrid position (39h/week) based in Barcelona - Attractive base salary + performance bonus - Referral programme — earn up to €2,000 per successful referral - Relocation support for candidates based outside Barcelona - Private health insurance - Continuous learning, certifications, and clear career progression - Dynamic workplace with regular team events and contests - Office at the World Trade Center, Barcelona — right by the sea
