Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is looking for a Finnish-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety and integrity of digital platforms for Finnish-speaking users while working in a dynamic and international environment. You will be responsible for monitoring user content, identifying safety risks, supporting users, and collaborating with internal teams to uphold community guidelines and policies. Key Responsibilities Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with trust and safety policies tailored to Finnish-speaking communities. Engage with users on safety concerns and provide timely assistance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine safety strategies and procedures. Analyze trends and produce reports to support safety initiatives. Stay informed about the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices in digital safety. Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) is required. High proficiency in English is preferred. Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
