Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve client issues concerning payment transactions. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients to optimize platform use. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Work closely with technical teams to address complex client needs. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in payment solutions. Fluency in Finnish and English is required; additional language skills are beneficial. Experience in customer support or consultancy roles within payments or fintech sectors is preferred.
