We're currently looking for a bilingual Finnish and Estonian -speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international company based in Malta. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment with colleagues from all over Europe. What you'll be doing As part of the customer support team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers through: Live chat Email support Phone support Your daily tasks will include: Assisting customers with account-related questions Helping with payments, transactions, and verification processes Explaining promotions, products, and platform features Troubleshooting customer issues and finding solutions Escalating more complex cases when needed Supporting responsible gaming and security procedures Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation To be considered for this role, you must have: Fluent Finnish (written and spoken) Fluent Estonian (written and spoken) Good English skills for internal communication and training Please note that this role requires professional written communication in both Finnish and Estonian. Therefore, candidates must be comfortable writing emails and chats in both languages on a daily basis.
