Financial Controller (Fintech)

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join a leading international fintech company with offices in Cyprus, the UK and the UAE. The company operates a global team of 600+ professionals across 50+ nationalities, combining a fast-moving product environment with a strong focus on online trading and financial services. The primary focus of this position involves ownership of consolidated management reporting, financial modelling, and budgeting automation, with additional responsibility for internal audit initiatives and cross-group optimization projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly consolidated management reports with robust analysis and commentary Build and maintain a comprehensive financial model covering P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, scenario analysis, NPV/IRR, and valuation Automate management reporting and budgeting processes in Power BI Prepare IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements Support external audits across group companies Lead ad-hoc internal audit and efficiency/optimization projects Required Qualifications Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ACCA qualification (required) 6+ years of total experience, including 1-2 years specifically in Reporting, Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Investment Analysis Fluent English and Russian or Ukrainian (written and verbal) Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Power BI and SAP Strong analytical mindset with close attention to detail Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders High ethical standards and commitment to financial data confidentiality Preferred Qualifications Industry background in IT, FinTech, Forex, iGaming, or international holding structures Hands-on experience with Power BI reporting automation Experience with SAP in a financial reporting context Exposure to multi-entity consolidation and cross-jurisdictional financial reporting Experience supporting or managing internal audit processes What the Company Offers Competitive compensation package Medical insurance and provident fund In-house gym with personal trainer Free daily lunch, snacks, and beverages Company discount card, birthday gift, and 21 days annual leave + 10 sick days Relocation support and visa/work permit assistance (Limassol, Cyprus).
