This is a long-term, onsite role where you’ll lead the finance function while partnering closely with the executive team to support the company’s continued growth. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations , including GL, reconciliations, and month-end close Manage cash flow, AR/AP strategy, and daily cash management Prepare and analyze financial statements and performance reporting Oversee job costing and WIP reporting for construction projects Lead the annual audit process Partner with leadership on budgets, forecasting, and financial strategy Develop reporting and metrics to monitor performance and identify trends Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations Lead and mentor the finance team and oversee daily operations Implement systems, processes, and controls to improve financial visibility Manage relationships with third-party HR and IT vendors Collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team to drive company results What They’re Looking For 10+ years of accounting/finance experience in the US, including leadership Strong experience with job costing and WIP accounting Background in construction, civil, commercial, or project-based industries preferred Experience with ERP implementations or system transitions is highly valued Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred not required) Advanced Excel skills A hands-on finance leader who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented culture ************LOCAL CANDIDATES preferred, will relocate for the right candidate ************** Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
