Job Description Exciting Opportunity for Filipino Occupational Therapists to Work in Australia! Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to; Sound level of occupational therapy assessment and treatment skills, aligned to the needs and wants of our clients Planning and directing programs through the use of vocational, recreational, remedial, social and educational activities on an individual and group basis Providing advice to family members, carers, employers and teachers about adapting clients’ home, leisure, work and school environments Providing adaptive equipment, such as wheel chairs and splints, to assist clients to overcome their functional limitations Contributing positively to multi-disciplinary care planning for our clients Demonstrated experience in person-centred practice, service continuous improvement, evidence-based treatment and service delivery. Recording clients’ progress and maintaining professional relationships in accordance with relevant legislative requirements and ethical guidelines Case conferencing and problem-solving of complex care needs Supporting clients on proactive, evidence-based reablement pathways and the capacity to identify deviation from this pathway early. Willingness to mentor students and to increase your personal skill set Requirements A bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy Limited registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or intent to be registered with AHPRA at least 3 years' relevant experience with an understanding of clinical practices Valid Driver’s License IELTS 7 score in all components Evidence of COVID Vaccinations Benefits What’s on Offer: Competitive salary packages Visa sponsorship Relocation support Professional growth opportunities
