ABOUT THE ROLE Your typical day will include: Onsite technical troubleshooting and fault finding including; diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on Cat equipment and their components; hydraulics, transmissions and engines Providing outstanding customer service to our loyal customers Compiling and completing accurate reporting Working autonomously to manage your time and maximise efficiency Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Liaising with our internal service and parts department Maintaining a William Adams service vehicle ABOUT YOU To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes: Qualified Diesel Technician with experience on Caterpillar machines (preferred) 2+ years experience working in a Field Service role (preferred) Have advanced mechanical diagnostic skills with Cat computer diagnostics knowledge (great to have) A proactive and positive attitude, with strong work ethic A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures Hold a current Drivers Licence Proven ability to be self-motivated and to work unsupervised WHY JOIN US?
