Female Pilates & Barre Instructor|Khobar, Saudi Arabia About the Role: We are seeking one passionate and highly experienced full-time Female Pilates & Barre Instructor to join a Brand New studio opening in July 2026. You will be responsible for leading safe, effective, and inclusive classes across a range of formats and client levels from beginners to advanced, from general fitness to specialist populations including pregnancy, postnatal, and injury rehabilitation. What You'll Do: Lead engaging, high-energy Pilates and Barre group and private classes for clients of all levels Demonstrate exercises with proper form, clear verbal cues, and appropriate modifications Provide hands-on adjustments to ensure correct technique and client safety Create inclusive, motivating class environments that keep clients coming back Develop and deliver specialised sessions for pregnancy, postnatal, and injury rehabilitation clients Track and monitor client progress and adapt programming accordingly Ensure all clients have the equipment they need before and during sessions Contribute positively to the studio's bold, energetic, and welcoming culture from day one Requierments: - Minimum 3 years of Pilates and/or Barre teaching experience - Recognised Pilates certification (Body Balance, BASI, or equivalent level qualification) - Specialisation in pregnancy, postnatal, and injury rehabilitation is beneficial - Experience teaching group classes across sculpting, Barre, Pilates, and similar formats - Energetic, friendly, and welcoming personality with a natural ability to motivate and connect - Strong communication skills fluent in English (spoken and written) The Package: - Base salary of SAR 11,250 per month (tax-free) - 30% Commission on private classes - Shared staff accommodation provided - Transportation to and from the studio provided - Employment visa provided - Relocation flight provided for international hires - Annual paid flight provided - 30 days paid annual leave - Medical insurance provided Why Apply?
