About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established fitness and wellness group in Doha, operating multiple premium facilities dedicated to delivering high-quality member experiences. With over two decades in the industry, the group is known for its strong operational standards, customer-focused approach, and commitment to excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and growing organisation. The Role: We are seeking two experienced Division Managers to lead the overall performance, operations, and team culture of fitness facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for driving revenue, retention, operational excellence, and team performance, while ensuring a seamless and premium member experience. Key Responsibilities: Operations - Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards - Maintain cleanliness, equipment functionality, and overall facility presentation - Implement and manage SOPs across all departments Team Leadership - Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (fitness, sales, front desk, operations) - Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and staff development - Foster a high-performance, service-driven culture Member Experience - Ensure a welcoming, professional, and inclusive environment - Handle member feedback and resolve issues effectively - Drive retention through engagement initiatives and community-building Sales & Performance - Drive membership sales, renewals, and upselling opportunities - Monitor KPIs including revenue, retention, and attendance - Support marketing campaigns and local business initiatives Brand & Standards - Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints - Ensure high standards of presentation, service, and professionalism Candidate Profile - Minimum 5+ years’ management experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-based industries - Proven track record in operations, team leadership, and commercial performance - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Hospitality, or similar - Fitness industry certifications (e.g. NASM, ACE, REPs) are an advantage - Strong understanding of KPIs, budgeting, and performance management Language Requirements: - Fluent English (professional level) - Arabic preferred (Not required) Is this you: - A confident, results-driven leader - Commercially aware with strong business acumen - Highly organised, accountable, and proactive - People-focused with excellent communication skills - Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability - Passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences Package & Benefits: - Salary: QAR 11,000 – 17,000 (dependent on experience) - Performance-based bonus - Employment visa provided - Relocation flight covered - 30 days annual leave - Annual return flight to home country - Medical coverage (Hamad card) - 30 days accommodation support on arrival - Ongoing professional development support Working Schedule: - 5 days per week - 8 hours per day How to Apply If you are a driven and experienced leader ready to take ownership of a high-performing fitness facility, we’d love to hear from you.
