Facilities & Infrastructure Engineer (Site-Based)

Location: Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire - Coastal Location

We are seeking a Facilities & Infrastructure Engineer to manage the operational and structural health of our rehabilitation facility.

This position is site-based.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our facility’s infrastructure. You will be the technical authority on-site, ensuring that our resort remains a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment.

• Infrastructure Oversight: You will monitor and maintain the structural, mechanical, and systemic integrity of the resort.
• Technical Diagnostics: You will identify performance issues in building services.
• Asset & Compliance Management: You will develop our preventative maintenance programmes, ensuring that all records are meticulously managed and that we remain fully compliant with UK health and safety regulations.
• Project Coordination: You will oversee a wide range of improvement projects, liaising with external contractors and ensuring work meets our technical standards.

Essential requirements:

• Qualified: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant degree.
• Practical/Operational Focus: You are interested in the practical application of engineering and have a preference for site-based work over office-based design.
• Analytical & Proactive: You take a systematic, data-driven approach to maintenance and are committed to rigorous documentation and follow-up.
• Independent: You are looking for a unique opportunity to take ownership of a facility and are comfortable working in a peaceful, coastal environment.
• Work Permit: You must have UK work permit.
