Now, we’re looking for 3 x Experienced Supervisors to join the crew and help us deliver the Yiros Shop experience, every day. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Fast Food Supervisor to join our team in Berrinba, Australia. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire a dynamic team whilst ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and compliance with all health and safety standards. As a key member of our management team, you will be instrumental in creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture where both team members and customers thrive. • Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment Train, coach, and develop staff to deliver consistently high performance and exceptional customer service • Manage shift rostering, coverage planning, and staff scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain operational efficiency • Enforce and maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations Monitor and manage stock levels, place orders for supplies, and implement waste reduction strategies • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business objectives • Maintain meticulous cleanliness and organisation throughout all areas of the restaurant • Act as the primary point of contact between team members and management, ensuring transparent communication Provide detailed shift reports and updates on store performance, identifying areas for improvement • Assist in implementing new policies, procedures, and operational initiatives • Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and business needs • Make decisive, informed decisions to resolve operational challenges and support team members **Required Skills and Experience:** • Proven supervisor or team leadership experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant environment Strong people skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a diverse team effectively • Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences • Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and demonstrated ability to enforce compliance • Proven attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation Flexibility and adaptability to respond positively to change and operational demands • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a goal-oriented mindset • Experience in stock management, inventory control, and cost reduction initiatives Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment with a friendly, professional attitude • Demonstrated commitment to the fast food industry and understanding of operational best practices **Desirable Skills and Experience:** Experience in staff training, induction, and development programmes • Knowledge of rostering and shift management systems • Experience in performance appraisal and staff feedback processes **Essential Certifications:** • Food Safety and Hygiene Certification (or willingness to obtain within the first three months of employment) Mandatory Requirements Food Safety Certificate - I'm Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment Our Culture: At The Yiros Shop, we foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment where team members are encouraged to bring their best selves to work every day.
