Following the announcement of the Commercial Operation Model for the European Interfrated Model (Silver Stone), we are recruiting for a number of vacancies across the ST&S RPT as we stand up the new orginisation. The European Senior Biofuels Commercial Coordinator is accountable for, within the European framework set and held by the Regional Commercial Biofuels Lead Europe, set and execute the commercial and compliance strategy for biofuels, ensuring optimal value delivery across supply, trading, compliance and B2B channels. The role owns strategic decision-making, optimisation, pricing and governance, working closely with in-country teams who execute operational delivery. Key accountabilities Biofuels compliance strategy and optimisation Own the biofuels compliance strategy and optimisation framework, including the hierarchy of compliance options (e.g. tickets, HVO, Co‑processing). Recommend period compliance recipes balancing cost, risk, regulation and commercial objectives. Lead development of novel and structural optimisation opportunities. Commercial and fuels strategy leadership Integrate trading, compliance and local market inputs into a coherent biofuels and fuels strategy. Make commercial decisions on local compliance options and biofuel offers supporting Supply and B2B objectives. Pricing, margin and contract ownership Develop biofuels pricing‑out strategy in support of Supply and B2B plans. Assess bio margins within integrated margin calculations. Lead and support negotiation of bio‑related commercial terms. Planning, governance and performance integration Represent biofuels and biocompliance in MPRs, MBRs and integrated margin forums. Interface with Mid‑Term and Long‑Term Planning teams. Align biofuels strategy with regulatory priorities and policy positioning. Portfolio, cash and structural oversight Provide oversight of exposure management and cash optimisation. Own bio‑related contractual frameworks and structural changes to the biocompliance model. Drive continuous improvement in governance and decision transparency.
