Your Key Responsibilities Provide efficient, empathetic, and professional support to Estonian-speaking players via chat, email, and other communication channels. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Gather player feedback and communicate relevant insights to the development and support teams to drive improvements. Maintain accurate and detailed records of player interactions and support requests. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall player experience and support processes. Contribute to the creation and upkeep of support documentation and knowledge base materials. Fluency in Estonian is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
