What You'll Do
π New York City (4-5 Days In Office)
π° $300K-$360K OTE (Uncapped) + Equity
- All ramped AEs achieved 170% of quota last year
- Industry-leading 43% win rate
- Dedicated BDR support generating the majority of pipeline
- Recently funded with significant runway and hyper-growth plans
- High-visibility role with direct access to founders and leadership
- Multiple headcount openings with an engaged, fast-moving hiring team
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities and complex buying groups
- Lead consultative sales conversations with technical stakeholders including CTOs, VP Engineering, Product Leaders, and Developers
- Deliver product demos and articulate technical value propositions
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineers to navigate technical evaluations
- Collaborate with your BDR to build and execute account strategies
- Close enterprise deals ranging from $80K-$200K+
- 3-5+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive
- Proven success carrying a $1M+ quota
- Experience selling enterprise software with $50K+ ACVs
- Strong track record selling to technical buyers and executive stakeholders
- Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, technical workflows, and product architecture
- Startup experience (Seed-Series C preferred)
- Consistent quota attainment and top-performer history
- Enterprise SaaS sales
- Developer tools, APIs, infrastructure, data, HR tech, or adjacent technical products
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- High-growth startup environments
- Base: $150K-$180K
- OTE: $300K-$360K Uncapped
