English Teacher

We are looking for an English Teacher for a High School based in Shanghai. This position is starting from the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year in August 2026. About the school Bilingual school founded back in 2015 and located in Shanghai’s Jiading area. The school has a kindergarten, primary, middle and high school divisions and integrates China’s national curriculum with IB curriculum to meet educational needs and promote international outlook Job responsibilities Teach the subject of English to high school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments Bachelor's or Master's degree in English subjects; Teaching qualification; Minimum 3 years' full-time international curriculum teaching experience, experience with IB curriculum and Chinese students preferred; Ability to work as a part of a team in planning and implementing the school’s curriculum, strategic plans and policies; Monthly salary of up to 29,000 to 32,000 RMB depending on experience and qualifications Housing allowance of up to 5,000 RMB Relocation allowance Settlement allowance Medical health insurance Lunch provided on work days Summer and winter holiday Christmas holiday Personal paid leave
