English Language Teacher

We are looking for an English Language Teacher for a bilingual school based in Beijing. This position is available from the 2026–2027 academic year, beginning in Fall 2026. About the school Located in Beijing's Chaoyang District, this international school provides a comprehensive K-12 education, combining IB programs (PYP, MYP, DP) with Cambridge IGCSE. Job responsibilities Teach English language to middle school students following the IB MYP framework, while creating an engaging and enriching learning experience for students. Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments Bachelor degree or above in the related subject Teaching certificate Two or more years teaching experience in the subject in higher education Excellent communications skills Good understanding of teaching in IB MYP Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 34,000 to 37,000 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and qualifications Fully paid summer and winter holiday Public holiday Medical insurance Flight allowance is above 12,000 RMB Free medical check Free tuition for dependent children Lunch provided on working days Overseas relocation allowance of 3,000 RMB
