Engineering Manager (Identity) Department: Directorate of Business Platform Employment Type: Full Time Location: Cyprus Description We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team building and operating a secure, scalable and highly available identity platform for our digital products. The team owns critical identity capabilities such as authentication, authorisation, user and service identities, access control, session management, identity lifecycle, integration APIs and platform reliability. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow engineering teams, supporting new developers' adaptation and career development Manage project planning, execution, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality and on-time software delivery Align engineering efforts with business goals through close collaboration with stakeholders Develop and optimize engineering processes, tools, and technologies in collaboration with the team Build and nurture a developer community within the company and participate in external conferences Oversee the use of core technologies, including Golang, Python, MySQL, Kubernetes to ensure efficient development practices Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Demonstrated experience in engineering management with a strong background in software development Solid understanding of high-volume projects, server and client architecture, and development limitations Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for explaining complex technical concepts by sharing your technical expertize Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery Enthusiasm for new technologies and a commitment to ongoing skill development and teamwork BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Conditions Stable salary, official employment; Health insurance; Hybrid work mode and flexile schedule; Relocation package offered for candidates from other regions; Access to professional counseling services including psychological, financial, and legal support; Discount club membership; Diverse internal training programs; Partially or fully payed additional training courses; All necessary work equipment.
