In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expert emergency medical care, managing acute and life-threatening conditions, and leading emergency department teams to ensure efficient and effective patient treatment. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and expert assessment and treatment to patients presenting with emergency medical conditions. Perform emergency procedures and interventions to stabilize critically ill or injured patients. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary clinical teams within the emergency department. Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency medicine education programs. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and prognoses. Medical degree with specialization and board certification in Emergency Medicine. Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah or other regions of the UAE. Substantial experience working as an Emergency Medicine Consultant Physician, preferably in UAE or Gulf region. Strong clinical skills with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions in emergency settings. Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
