Location: Worcester, MA Facility: UMass Memorial Health – UMass Memorial Medical Center Department: Department of Medicine Specialty : Cardiovascular Medicine - Electrophysiology Schedule: Full-time The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at UMass Chan Medical School and UMass Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join our growing academic and clinical team. This is a full-time faculty position offering the opportunity to contribute to a highly collaborative environment that integrates patient care, education, and research. Key Highlights: Established and growing department with 5 electrophysiology faculty members, 2 EP fellows and 3 Advanced Practice Providers This position includes a balanced mix of procedural and clinical responsibilities within the Electrophysiology (EP) section 80% Clinical (EP-focused): EP lab procedures, Device implantation and interrogation, Inpatient electrophysiology consultations 20% Outpatient Care: Community-based ambulatory practice Modern technology platforms (Epic EMR) for seamless communication and workflow efficiency. Teaching, precepting, or mentoring opportunities available wi th students, residents, or fellows Strong administrative, clinical, and operational support to ensure efficiency and work-life balance. Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
