Electrophysiologist Village Heart & Vein Center | The Villages & Leesburg, Florida Position Overview Village Heart & Vein Center is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving The Villages, Leesburg, and surrounding Central Florida communities. This is a dedicated electrophysiology opportunity with responsibilities across clinic, hospital, and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) settings. Key responsibilities/services include: Diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, both standard and complex Performance of routine and complex catheter ablations Implantation and management of cardiac devices Electrophysiology studies, intracardiac mapping, remote monitoring, and comprehensive inpatient/outpatient EP care Opportunities for watchman implantation and other electrophysiology-related structural heart procedures The incoming physician will provide a broad mix of bread-and-butter and complex electrophysiology services while working alongside APPs, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Shared call responsibilities provide a supportive physician environment and strong work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation includes a highly competitive base salary, production incentives,  additional incentives, sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits package, partnership/equity opportunities, and an optional accelerated partnership track.
