About the Role Reporting to the Supervisor – Electrical Maintenance, the Electrical Maintainer is responsible for optimising the availability of the concentrator and associated infrastructure through the safe and effective execution of maintenance activities. The role supports both planned and breakdown maintenance while contributing to site performance and reliability outcomes. Key Responsibilities include: Planning and executing non-routine maintenance tasks independently Supporting shutdown activities and coordinating contractors and visitors for small projects Assisting in the supervision and training of apprentices Conducting breakdown diagnostics, fault finding, and repair work Installing, testing, and calibrating instrumentation in line with skills and training Utilising drawings, manuals, and fault-finding tools to diagnose equipment issues Maintaining accurate maintenance records, documentation, and JSEAs About You You are a safety focused and reliable team player with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail. You bring well developed problem solving skills and take pride in delivering high quality workmanship. You communicate effectively and provide practical recommendations to maximise asset performance. You will also have: Relevant Electrical Trade Qualification S1, S2, S3 certifications High Risk Work Licence (Forklift and EWP) Strong fault-finding and breakdown maintenance experience HV Switching capability and confidence challenging switching sheets Experience using CMMS for maintenance and inventory management Ability to interpret technical drawings and update JSEAs About Us From humble beginnings in 2010, Evolution Mining is now a leading gold producer, operating six mines across Australia and Canada.
