MANDYNAMIC is looking for an Electrical Foreman on behalf of Metlen Energy & Metals to join the Thermal Power & HVDC division for the construction of a high-voltage substation based in Georgia. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor the progress of electrical systems installation and identify any deviations from plans, specifications, or schedules. Ensure that electrical works are carried out to the highest standards of quality and in accordance with approved drawings and project requirements. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and report progress to the Site Manager. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on site, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience, preferably in energy/construction sector. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
