Job Description Coordinate transportation of product (eggs) from one facility to another via truck. Use of pallet jack/forklift to load and unload finished product. Comply with all USDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices, SQF, Safety Programs, Biosecurity Policies, Plant Procedures, HACCP, and Food Defense Programs. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Immediately report any mechanical problems or poor-quality conditions to the Plant Leads, Supervisors, or Maintenance staff where help is needed for repairs. Follow all safety rules and policies. Sorts and inspects eggs for defects or abnormalities. Remove poor quality eggs properly and in an efficient manner. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. May be required to lift and move boxes of eggs. Responsible for packing eggs into cartons or other packaging materials. Ensures eggs are packed correctly and securely to prevent damage during transport. May be involved in palletizing egg flats for transport. Inspect eggs for quality and compliance with standards. Requirements Possess Titulo Universitario or/and Cedula Professional on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Agriculture/Agronomy, Zootechny, or related field. Have a valid Mexican, Canadian, or U.S. passport with at least 1-year validity No previous immigration issue Ability to move to the U.S. Minimum required English proficiency level of 60%. Benefits Transportation to and from work. The client pays for the candidate’s initial flight to relocate for the job when they are hired. Two weeks off vacation and sick and paid holidays (holidays may vary based on the seasonal nature of the job.) The client allows additional unpaid time to be taken to visit family in Mexico. Health and dental insurance are available after 90 days of employment. 401k available after one year of employment.
