Early Years Teacher

We are looking for a Nursery Teacher for a Family center based in Shanghais Qingpu district. This is a full-time position starting ASAP. Job responsibilities Together with teaching assistant, support the children in their learning‐journey from Tuesday to Saturday During this time, you will: Teach daily class activities to students aged 0-3 as assigned by the center, creating an English learning environment Provide emotional/therapeutic support to address behavioral challenges Lead parent workshops and collaborate with families to strengthen home learning environments Advocate for families access to resources Organize events, track student progress, and maintain program records Partner with social workers, counselors, and community organizations for holistic support. Requirements Bachelors degree or above in early childhood education or related field of study At least 2 years related teaching experience Experience in art teaching is preferred Excellent English communicative skills Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 28,000 to 32,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Air-ticket allowance of 6,000 RMB 12 days paid leave Christmas holiday and Easter holiday Residence and work permit sponsored
