Park Hill Nursery is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our thriving nursery setting. We are committed to providing exceptional care and education for young children and are looking for enthusiastic practitioners who share our values and commitment to high-quality early years provision. The nursery now offers flexible 4-day-per-week contracts as well as full-time opportunities

Skilled Worker visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates currently residing in the UK who meet the qualification and experience requirements for the role.
About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing within a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress in line with the EYFS framework
- Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment
- Promote children's wellbeing, independence, and confidence
- Support safeguarding and welfare requirements at all times
What We're Looking
- A full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification recognised by the Department for Education (Dfe)
- Previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities
- A positive, caring, and professional approach to working with children and families
