About this role
Responsibilities Achieve quarterly targets and meet daily/weekly activity goals in terms of outreach volume and meetings booked. Manage assigned SMB accounts to identify high-potential advertisers and generate qualified meetings for the Partner Manager team. Execute daily outbound calls and emails, including cold outreach, to marketing decision-makers and business owners, quickly building rapport and assessing their advertising needs. Qualify prospects by identifying their business goals, marketing challenges, and readiness to invest in digital advertising. Clearly communicate our Client's value proposition to prospective SMB clients, generating interest and curiosity ahead of the Partner Manager's pitch. Collaborate closely with Partner Managers to ensure a smooth and informed handover, sharing relevant insights about the prospect's needs and objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in Salesforce, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities. Work toward individual and team KPIs related to productivity, conversion, meetings booked, and pipeline development. Document customer insights and deal details in Salesforce to ensure clarity for all stakeholders. Requirements C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English (written and spoken). BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience Proven ability to engage and qualify prospects through outbound prospecting and cold calling. Consistent success working toward quotas in a professional, phone‑based sales environment. Demonstrated experience in managing a large account portfolio and booking qualified meetings. Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest Ads, Meta, Google Ads or similar) is a strong plus. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to identify key decision‑makers. Resilient, goal-driven, self-motivated, and persistent in achieving objectives.
