Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch-Speaking Payment Solutions Advisor to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to Dutch-speaking clients on payment solutions, ensuring seamless transactions and excellent client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand payment-related needs and deliver effective solutions. Responsibilities Advise Dutch-speaking clients on payment solutions and services Understand client requirements and propose tailored payment options Support clients in resolving payment-related issues efficiently Collaborate with internal departments to implement payment solutions Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and payment cases Stay updated on industry trends, payment technologies, and regulatory changes Assist in onboarding new clients and training on payment services Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong knowledge of payment systems and financial services is an advantage Ability to maintain high standards through attention to detail, accuracy, and proactive error correction.
