Your Role As a Live Presenter, you will be hosting interactive live entertainment sessions: Present sessions in Dutch Engage with participants in a fun and professional way Create a positive and engaging on-camera experience Work in a modern, studio-based environment What's Offered Contract Permanent contract from day one 35 hours/week (option to increase up to 40h) Salary Base salary: €1,500/month Dutch language bonus: €4/hour (on camera) Performance bonus: up to €3/hour Average total: €1,850 – €2,100/month gross Relocation Package Flight or train covered (if relocating) 25 days of accommodation upon arrival €1,500 relocation bonus: €1,000 with first salary €500 with second salary Work Schedule Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) 4–5 working days per week + 2–3 days off Schedule provided in advance Option to swap shifts with colleagues Example shifts: Morning: 07:55 – 15:00 Afternoon: 14:55 – 23:00 Night: 22:55 – 08:00 (+20% extra pay) Training 2 weeks of paid training (no experience required) Monday to Friday, 6 hours/day Learn presentation skills and session formats Benefits & Perks Gym access across Madrid Meal vouchers (~€40/month) Private health insurance (after 6 months) Regular team events and social activities Career growth opportunities (trainer, supervisor, manager) Why Join?
