DUTCH-SPEAKING INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – TECHNOLOGY Malaga, Spain · Hybrid · Full-time (39h/week) · Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 · Start: ASAP ABOUT THE ROLE As an Inside Sales Representative for a leading technology client, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, identify new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and consultative selling. Working in a hybrid setup in Malaga, you will be a key contributor to the Dutch-speaking market expansion. RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage and grow a portfolio of Dutch-speaking accounts through regular outreach and relationship development - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base - Execute outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, qualifying opportunities and presenting tailored solutions - Own the sales cycle from first contact through to deal closure - Meet and exceed individual sales targets and activity KPIs - Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records in the CRM system REQUIREMENTS - C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English — written and spoken - Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a quota-carrying sales role - Comfortable with outbound prospecting and phone-based selling - Goal-oriented and resilient, with a consistent track record of hitting targets - Proficiency with CRM platforms - Eligible to work in Spain (EU ID or Spanish residence card) WHAT WE OFFER - Full-time hybrid contract based in Malaga - Competitive salary + performance bonus - Relocation bonus for candidates moving to Malaga - Private medical insurance - Referral programme — earn up to €2,000 per successful referral - Ongoing training and clear career progression
