As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist with fluency in Dutch, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our digital platforms and ensuring a secure and trustworthy experience for users from Dutch-speaking regions. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze user-generated content to detect and prevent violations of trust and safety guidelines. Engage with users proactively to provide support and resolve safety-related concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to implement and refine digital safety policies. Track and report on digital safety trends to inform strategic decisions. Stay informed about the latest developments in online trust, safety, and compliance standards. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory. Your native language and nationality must be clearly mentioned in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation assistance provided.
