As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and trustworthy online environment by monitoring content, managing safety issues, and enforcing community guidelines. Key Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content and online interactions to identify and respond to violations of safety policies. Investigate safety incidents thoroughly, analyze evidence, and recommend appropriate actions. Collaborate with various teams to develop and improve policies that enhance digital trust and safety. Prepare reports on incidents and trends to support data-driven decision-making. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital safety issues and implement best practices. Communicate effectively with users to educate them on safe online behavior and promote awareness. Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related fields preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems through data analysis. Excellent communication skills to manage user interactions and resolve safety concerns. Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential digital safety risks. Knowledge of online safety tools and social media platforms is advantageous. Ability to work well in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
